1309 Keeps interrupting game. It moves by itself

Good afternoon. I'm on 1309 and it keeps said I press the quit button. Or I would move the candy one way. And it would go the opposite way. Can someone check on the game for me? Thanks. QueenB

Hi @Cat-13, how are you doing today?  It's great hearing from you but not about a glitch.  I can't remember now if you are playing on mobile or computer.  Let's try some troubleshooting to see if it clears up.  Clear the history, make sure that you have the most recent version of the game and if mobile make sure that you have the most recent operating system.  Then click on one of these below.  Let me know if that makes a difference.

Elsa it's working as of today. Perhaps they fixed it over the weekend. Thank you so much. Now to out do this Queen :-( I'm always hitting the quit button sometimes after only 3 tries. The game always seem to be in her favor. Even when I have boosters. They always work for her. Going on a week with this woman..:-(

Elsa I'm now on 1314. Why don't the Fish help me instead of Larry? I've had the same problem with the Queen. Is there anyway we can control these fishes?

I think there is something wrong with the fish in all the games.  Players are reporting different things.  I can't remember now if it was this game or another game that someone wrote that if they click on the fish before starting the level it's only showing 1 fish swimming and it should be 2.  When I checked my game it was 2.  It might have been Jelly.

Elsa, I'm on 1317 which is "suppose" to be easy.

 As you go higher, the ones that are "suppose to be easy" are NOT anymore. The ones that are hard, translation: It means "not fun ". The super difficult or with the "queen", Expect to hit the quit button all the time. REALLY NOT FUN. Expect it to take a week or more. But it's best to walk away so not to get too frustrated at the game.

 1317 is NOT repeat NOT easy. The fishes ruin the game. I've tried clicking on the place where I want the fish to go. Sometimes it works. Most times, no. They randomly go elsewhere, instead of helping me. Or help Larry and the Queen. I could have won many times if we could control them.

Elsa people gave given me lives but I'm unable to retrieve them. It's a new look on my game. Do you know what is going on?

Hi @Cat-13, there was a problem reported where it shows lives on the envelope but when you open it there is nothing there.  You can follow that message here and add your comments there.  I'm sure that is where they are going to keep making updates until it's fixed.
