Signing out caused me to lose progress

I am on Jelly Saga level 1037. It has me linked to FB but when I sign out, it takes me to the King signout page and then after signing out. takes me back to level 1. I don't want to be signed into FB, as when I want to share or ask for lives, it brings up all my FB contacts instead of fellow players. Why does signing out of "My Profile" take me back to level 1? I can't find how to sign out of FB on Jelly Crush.

Hi @ivorybow and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this is happening to you. Your progress can be saved either by signing in with a Facebook or a King account. You can sync your progress between these accounts. Hence, when you sign out from either of them you will start from level 1.

Hi @firebombmarkus please help my case. I am playing candy crush saga, i have been in level 530. But when i try to login with my king account, the pop up notification is " there was a connection problem. Try again in a bit" . 

I can't login in my king account. please help.

First of all, let me know which device and OS you are using for playing this game, also which version is your game. It's important for the game to be up to date because glitches like these are mostly solved with the latest updates. If that's not the case, it might be that it's something internal in your device and we will try with some troubleshooting steps. Hence my question about the device and OS.

My phone is android realme with OS Pie. 

Is there anything i can do ? because i love my progress so bad.

Please note that the last resort is reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters and lives you have collected.
