Lost everything with your game

UPDATE: QueenB and Firebombmarkus  the game is back where I'm suppose to be. BUT I lost all my boosters, No boosters for today (at all) and free turns from friends.

The boosters and lives you have collected are saved on your device's memory. This way you can reach them even if you are offline. Unfortunately, it also means that if you reinstall the game or change the device you will lose all the boosters and lives you have collected. Hence, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing. Here are some tips on safeguarding your boosters.

Thank you for your help.     But I lost all my free lives which I could use.. really use. This is something on the game they should fix including controlling the fishes. Have a good day also.

@Cat-13 I know that each game has its own issues but at least now we have this very Community where we can communicate with each other and with the studio too. So it's a big step ahead and it will be even better 😊

@Cat-13 do Do you mean lives in envelopes? You can't see them or you see the number on it but when you open it's empty?

Yes.-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
 It's still doing the same thing. I click on the envelope and it's empty. So it's still isn't fixed. CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Cat-13 I know you are frustrated about this but I really have to know which device and OS are you using so we can look into it. Which version is your game? It should be fixed with the latest version. Have you updated your game?

I don't understand why I have to repeat myself. This will be the last time then I'm done. I have windows 10. YES YES YES I've update the game so many times I use the link that was provided to uninstall and the reinstall. I'm done okay? If you can't fix i,t delete everything. This is incompetency at it's highest
