@Cat-13 Unfortunately, this is a known issue and our team is still into it. I understand that you are frustrated and you want to play your game. This is happening only on Windows 10. It's fixed on other platforms. I advise you to play on iOS or Android where you won't have that problem.

@Cat-13 The team is aware of this problem. It just takes time to solve it on Windows 10. We will inform all of the players who use Windows 10 as soon as there are some changes. Now please relax and enjoy the day. Sometimes we forget that it's just a game and there are beautiful things in our lives that we can do in the meantime 😊
