  • @Cat-13 Unfortunately, this is a known issue and our team is still into it. I understand that you are frustrated and you want to play your game. This is happening only on Windows 10. It's fixed on other platforms. I advise you to play on iOS or Android where you won't have that problem.

    Sorry to snap at you. I don't have andriod I don't know what OS is. LOL! Have a good day. And thank you for having them look into the problem. I sent them my ID number a while back for help. Only you and Queen B has been trying
