After more than a week Candy Crush Jelly hardly ever loads and most times if it does the graphics do not work. I upgraded my Game to 10 but that did not change my FB game I have cleared my browsers and Temporary Files. Why won't my game work? This is very very frustrating.

Lots of people are experiencing this again at present and hopefully the game studio are working on a fix for the issue. You have done all the standard troubleshooting tips. So can only suggest downloading the windows 10 version of the game from the Microsoft store as this is a far more stable platform to play on. At least you can play the game then until the browser issue is resolved

I downloaded the Windows 10 version from the Microsoft store and it set me back to Level 1. This is not the game I play on FaceBook. It did nothing to that game, so what is the use?
@MemaaBrown If you game was saved with a king or facebook account on facebook , use those details to sign into win 10 app version of the game and it should sync y6our levels correctly. your account can be used in any device and should sync your levels if you use the correct account details
FB GR has shut down!
