Hello, I just come back here because of glitch from Mastery Rank's second release.

Mastery rank? It's very annoying when you get this screen so often. I am not interested is it, at least not 15 times a day. Can i turn it of?

Hi, I liks new mastery
Hi like enjoy the new mastery points but when i rank i only get lives revival (it is shows ticket but dont get it) and never the other two awards i get it alot while i am play. Have been get from the day it started never got the other two awards can some tell me what to the to get the other two rewards. Thanks

Yes, if your tickets are full when ranking up, it has now where to go and currently we don't have a "Ticket Bank" for them in-game.
When I can see that I'm close to ranking up, I'll use my tickets in the RC first, before playing the main board. That way you'll receive the ticket when ranking up :0)
In Time to Brag: Share your Mastery Rank in the Community Quick Links, you can post a screenshot of your rank number, found in your in-game profile and still receive the badge though :0)

I got a new phone and I already set the factory reset on my old phone, but I lost all my levels on Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Jelly, and Candy Crush Soda and I was far in all of them and I deactivated my Facebook so how do I get the levels back?
