Hi there newbie here! I have been attempting to connect to the arena and I keep getting a message that the game cannot connect to the internet - my internet is working fine... I just purchased a coin package when the game updated and have not been able to use the unlimited play - so my purchase is lost... what is going on?

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊
If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
You can also check this information here (There was a connection error. Try again in a bit) that I hope you can understand to read it while mostly of players have asked this problem too.

This error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix for this I'm afraid.
If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.
To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.
If that doesn't work, please use the form here to send an email.
