Arena closed for days

My arena has been closed for three days. I’ve emptied the cache, made sure I have all the updates etc. It’s my favorite part of the game and it just won’t open. Looking for any help or information.

My Arena is never closed. it is only closed until the next Arena opens!!

Hi @playgowomen18!

First of all try cleaning your game's cache!

If arena will not open, try playing a level on main board!

Next step is to go to playstore and look if there is any update for Candy Crush Jelly application.

If any of them will not help, tell us to look further!

The Arena also will not open if playing on PC. Not sure which device you're playing on but this link here may be helpful.

My Arena is open and it's good you've tried some of the basic housekeeping steps.

Sometimes the Arena is open for some and not others also.

Would you let me know which device you are playing on please and recently there have been some issues on Facebooks end.

It can be frustrating, especially when it comes to the RC as that's a favourite.

Just checked mine and it's open for me.

Thinking it might be a good time to do some general housekeeping maintenance on the device and always save your progress first.

Syncing accounts is a good step. Check your device software and browsers are updated and your Game App also.

Not sure which device you are playing on so here's a link that might be useful for checking google is updated also.

You can clear the cache in your Game App settings and browser also. 2 GB minimum available space is recommended and I generally clean up my sms and photo's quiet regularly also.

RC Arena isn't open on PC due to the difference in viewing mode. You will also notice this on mobile if your turn your device. A pop up will appear that says "oops! Please turn your device"

I am getting Arena closed is anyone else getting this?
