In the green boxes you'll see Quick Links. Click on it and you see Detailed Support. Click on that and you can choose options for your particular device.
Not sure which device or platform you are playing on so here's a link from the above discussion for syncing accounts and one for checking if your device is compatible. Always save your game before clearing and caches or reinstalling.
If you need further help, tag me here and let me know what you've tried, which device and which platform you use (Facebook/ App/ Windows 10 etc)
