Hi,

I recently switched my mobile I saves my progress in Facebook and connected it to the new game in the new mobile I got my progress in terms of level but my specials which were saved did not come I had over 50 of each of the powers in the levels and over 300 of the power you can take while starting the game.

Can you help reset or get them back

Also check this link for lost boosters on mobiles. Not sure which device you are playing on but this link will give the option to choose which device suits you when trying to get your progress back :0)

Hello, certain things are tied to the device or platforms, and boosters are an example. Your levels will carry over, but not everything else :( So sorry.
