Unfortunately, I have to tell you about your rewards that you won't get them back. Once you uninstall the game you will lose all rewards and lives. Because it is not saved. Before you uninstall you can find out more in the help center. If you have GB, they stay. I'm sorry. Nice that you have now sent your ID number.

Well, even King advise to uninstall/ reinstall in their help section so really, years of rewards lost because I did what they advised when nothing else worked.

It's not always good to uninstall it right away. Always clear the cache first and check for the update. If you need help, please come by first and we will try to help you. I hope I could help you!

Phone just beat level 7425, tablet stuck on 7406. I know this was a known issue and it was resolved last week. Just want to confirm this is again a game issue and not me
