    @nysnooter the error is back for me too. My game is no longer sncronized between my devices. Unfortunately, during the holidays, there is no one to fix it. I guess we'll have to wait until next year until everyone is back from vacation. 

    In the meantime, I recommend that you report the error again directly from the app. I do the same and hope everyone else will too.

    @Snow_Rider the error is back. The game is once again no longer syncing between my devices.

    @johamilton none of the standard fixes help. It's a bug that's been there before and has been fixed. Now the error is back.

    Hi @DieOmimi thank you for your response. I do agree there will be no fix until after the 1st of the year. Sorry this is happening to both you and @nysnooter. For some reason the fix did not stay and it was only about 10 days ago.

    Thanks for the heads up, we have had others saying the same thing. Since our manager is on vacation we will have to wait until after the first of the year and see if we can get someone on it. 💕

    I'm at the end of the map on the tablet and apparently this level wasn't played on the PC with Window 10. I'm only in King and it didn't carry over to all devices.

    Hi everyone, I have turned the problem in regarding the Sync's. Hopefully we will get an an answer soon. Please be patient. 💕

    Good Morning/Afternoon to all, we did hear back from our CM and they are aware of the problem and it is under investigation, so unfortunately, you will have to keep playing on the device that has the latest level played until they find a fix.

    Please be patient and hope they find a fix soon. 💕

    Well. Another week and I seems to have the same problem. 2 of my devices are stuck on 7406.

    Only 1 of my devices is saving me progress and I am on 7428.

    So what now???
