Exactly, jelly used to be fun, can’t receive lives. So extremely hard, that I play a game hundreds of times and that is not the case with other crush games.

They want you to buy games, gold bars etc ,there not interested in fixing anything at all , the game is flawed

Hi, playing the jelly saga as an app on windows platform, before in Facebook, but both don't give any lives from friends. I can ask in the app for lives, and i get a message that 35 requests are send. I get points, but no lives. What i find annoying is that I finally found this message, hidden somewhere in a pile with many more similar comments. I have to dig through a mountain of comments from you that probably my friends don't play (they do), that i don't understand the rules (I do) and with a new explanation how to add friends and request lives. This is a typical in the box thinking…. Customers needs to understand your logic, so just let's teach them. But when you would start thinking out of your box, then, maybe, you understand that sometimes it just doesn't work and the problems lays with (i know, might be a shock) you. So why not friendly make a BIG statement, that noone is perfect, even the KING isn't, and that you work hard to make this software working in the way you have meant it to be. It would take away so much frustration in your KINGDOM! And please put that statement in front, at the top at any questions regarding getting lives. Would be very appreciated by many, I guess….😀

Still no requested lives here either. This game has too many issues. Maybe I’ll come back when they fix them.

I’m so fed up with having to watch ‘300’ adverts to get a longer game… so annoying… not enjoyable any more or at all relaxing!!
