I’m not getting any messages ever!! I’m able to send lives but I am not getting any lives no messages. NOTHING!! How can I fix this? I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. It did not fix the problem. PLEASE HELP!!

I do not have any random people at all! If they don't fix this I will just quit playing the game. I can't ask or receive any lives. This is not worth my aggravation.
