If it's still not worked, You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Can you please let us know that on your laptop are you playing through web browser or through the app. Secondly please also tell us did you purchase anything before and now it suddenly stopped or you are trying to purchase as a new player.

I am using the app on my laptop using Windows 10, All of a sudden, my avatar changed, I couldn't send lives to friends, even though I can see them (I am not using Facebook). I can't buy coins, lives, etc through the game (using paypal). Can't use coins from my piggy bank. I would start all over but I have just done that about a month ago at level 2000. I lost everything and have had to invest quite a bit of money to catch up to where I was. Now in the high 200's level.
Ok dear. So sorry about that . Please tell me one more thing that if you are not using facebook then are you using king account to save your progress. Because there are only 2 sources of saving your progress either facebook or king account. Otherwise you might lose your progress again.
Also one more thing your lost progress still can be recovered manually through our player support. So please save your game through king account or facebook account to avoid any loss of your progress.

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
Hi dear so this message is appearing when you try to save your game through king account.
I think you need to contact our player support so that they can look into your game and resolve this issue.
You can contact player support either directly from the settings of your game application (preferrably). Or through this link.
You need your game id for this.
