    Welcome to the sweet King community. While this problem is solved, I will tell you that some players found the solution by turning off the internet connection of the device (not the router) for a couple of minutes with the game open, when turning the internet connection of the device back on, everything had been resolved. Hope it helps ๐Ÿคž

    I am unable to play the Royal Championship, it says no internet available yet I am able to play the regular game with no issues. What is going on?

    The issue of internet connection on Royal Championship has been here for over a year.

    Support repeating its a known problem is not a solution for us, nor is telling us that your reply is "An Accepted Answer" it patently isnt accepted by us - your customers.

    Your job is to tell us when, with a date you will have this issue fixed as it seems to be common...

    Its a shame that your service management isnt more mature to handle issues like this as I would've thought an app like this would have been running under DevOps..

    Please no silly reply - please tell us when you will fix this....thank you

As you have already been informed, this problem is being investigated, but I will tell you that some players have managed to solve it by turning off the internet connection of the device for a couple of minutes (not the router) with the game open, when turning the connection to device internet everything worked fine.

    Darling, you are wrong. As you can see, in July there was a temporary problem that has already been fixed. Then no one reported any such problem. You see the dates right? That is only 5 months, not more than a year. And since then there was no problem. A few days ago this new problem arose and is being investigated. There is another thread with all the information. Some players have managed to solve it by turning off the internet connection of the device (not the router) for a couple of minutes with the game open. When I turned the device's internet connection back on, everything worked fine. Please let us know if it worked for you too or not.
