    Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ Some players have managed to solve it by turning off the internet connection of the device (not the router) for a couple of minutes with the game open. When I turned the device's internet connection back on, everything worked fine.

    It has always intermittantly failed for me - including tonight..I am unable to play right now and as you can see my internet is functioning

    I am sat 10m from the hub, I have cold booted my phone still fails JUST on this part of the game,

    I am using a Samsung android, Version of the game is 2.55.54

    I would prefer some professional advice on how to resolve the problem rather than being told there is not an issue "darling".

    Have you tried the troubleshooting steps? Log out / clear cache / reboot device / login.

    From the images it seems that something did not load quite well on your device.

    To exit the settings, simply touch the settings button again.

    Some players have managed to solve the connection problem by turning off during a couple of internet connection of the device (not the router) with the game open. When I turned the device's internet connection back on, everything worked fine.

    Switching of wifi on the phone and waiting 1 minute to collect a new IP didnt work. More suggestions please required on how to resolve this issue - which does exist

  • I am on an Android phone Motorola. Same thing happened to me almost 3 days ago. I gave tried restarting my device, uninstalling/reinstalling the candy crush app to my phone, AND switching from wifi to my mobile phone data multiple times before and after reinstalling this app. There are still no changes- I'm getting the same error message as everyone else- no internet connection. Even though my internet connection is totally FINE. Not happy at all, as I only play this game for the royal championships, smh.

    Cant play but i do have internet. Going on 2 days now. What, are your techs on vacation??!!

    I'm sorry you still have the problem. I read that you have tried many things, but have you tried what I said?

    You didn't comment on it and I'd like to know if that worked.

While we wait for a solution to this connection problem, I will tell you that some players have managed to fix it by turning off the device's internet connection for a couple of minutes with the game open. Luck ๐Ÿคž Thanks and keep enjoying IMPORTANT This is not about turning off the router or device you are connected to, I am talking about turning off the connection on the device you are playing on. When the error message appears, turn off the connection, wait two minutes, and turn it on again. I insist on the device you are playing on, not the router. Please let me know if it worked here ๐Ÿคž

    I haven't been able to play RC for three days now and I've tried all of the things suggested. It has to be a problem with King. I even emailed them directly, with no response.

    When will the problem be fixed??
