not getting lives from friends

When I played in Facebook Game room I never had a problem with King games. Now I have problems galore. In each game, there is a different problem. Mostly trying to get lives from friends or daily calendar bonus passed the first day. It is so frustrating.

I have had a problem getting lives for over a year now. The app is up to date. I have deleted any data or done anything differently than I did a few years ago when I had no problem getting lives. In fact I received too many lives from friends that I had a surplus of messages that I could go back to when I ran out of lives.

Now my inbox shows the number of messages I have received, but when I open it, it’s empty.

I’ve contacted King. They give me the same runaround every time. They just want money and they’ve gotten way too much out of me. They capitalize on these phantom glitches and NEVER fix them. It’s done on purpose. Very disappointing for all their games I loved.
