Well I made a purchase during this time and didn't get purchase. I had been locked out from 01/28/22 thru 02/03/22.Each time it said "no internet connection". That was another reason I could not play. I had a tech look at modem he said it's on their site.

I want to answer you first how it is possible to play against "yourself"! ๐
It is just a connection issue between your device and your opponent's device, via the game's servers. If there is not possible for the system to load your opponent's user pic, it loads your pic (and name) and it is as you play against yourself.
I don't know if your opponent faces the same issue! ๐ค
However, in many matches, your opponent's pic can be appeared on the final screen where are the scores! ๐
Now, I have a question:
Tell me, how can you find if you start 1st or 2nd, according to your winning status? What is the criteria that indicates if you are going to start 1st?
I am just curious to know, because as far as I play, I find that to start 1st or 2nd is random, I mean I could not find any logical connection between starting 1st or 2nd and something else! ๐

I'm at level 312, and my RC Arena is closed for over 3 months. I thought it would open after reaching some targets but didn't work.
I also cleared my chache and restarted my Android phone. Nothing works. Help me. Thanks.

@Toussaint73 , we can understand that this is frustrating and that you need some help to solve it. For purchase issues please contact our Player Support team, so they can have a look into it. If it's possible, contact them from the Help Center in your game app. About the "no internet connection" problem, were you connected to your King account or to Facebook when it happened?
@Delus , please post in English so we can all understand each other. English isn't the mother tongue to a lot of us, so feel free to use a translation tool if needed, that's more than ok ๐

I mean that my game was lost, and it took me back to beginning.

There were test groups only before RC officialy released, back at Summer 2019! After this, there were a few features available only to some groups of players, randomly selected! These features were the "locker" and the option of buying boosters!
It was well known by everybody here in the forum, that these features were not available to all users! ๐
