I deleted the app and reinstalled because my profile picture was not appearing on the map and no promotional videos were being shown for weeks, when I tried to sign in, it said “There was a connection error, try again in a bit” and it has been constantly showing the same message. I had reached level 7300. How do I restore my progress ? Please help.

I'm so sorry your having these issues. Have you made sure that both device and game is updated? I also ask you to check if you have enough free space. You'll need at least 2 GB. Please make sure you have a strong connection. Like Peggy said the game has some issues and is being worked on so hopefully all issues will be fixed soon 😊

Thank you @Spinnifix and @Princess_Jessica for your quick reply, help & support , the game is up to date but I’ll check the device and space. I hope the technical team can resolve the issues in the Jelly saga soon.
Greetings to @Princess_Jessica & @Spinnifix , I updated my iPad and checked the storage but the problem still exists. Below I’m attaching some images that may help to conclude and resolve the issue. I had reached level 7300, If I could somehow login to my account and restore the progress. Btw I have the game on my iPhone also (the image of which is attached below) , if it is of any help.
