I cant open jelly crush either.
I am having exactly the same problem since May 1st. Game instantly closes.Just hope the issue is resolved soon

I can't get the game to load
Hi @Cat-13 the issue is known and only affects the version on computers or laptops. It's been with me for 2 days. I've already reported it.
My game won't open. I've clean out my computer, restart the game upgrade it. It still won't open.
Any suggestions?
I pretty clear it's an issue their end. Would love an indication from someone w King when there will be a fix.
I am having same problem. I never have to log in. I am working on a Win PC. It starts to load and stops!!
Thank you for sharing. This is a know issue. The app Candy Crush Jelly Saga had an update in the Microsoft Store on March 01, 2024. Since then, the app can no longer be opened. It gets stuck on the loading screen. The issue has been reported but we won't get a answer until Monday. I'm sorry your having issues but please be patient as we are working hard to get these issues resolved 🤗
I use the app on my surface tablet. I can not log out, given I can't even load it. It simply crashes before opening it. It's a direct result of their most recent app update yesterday. And, yep, I've gone through all of the steps recommended in the email I received when I first reported the issue. It's at developer end and has nothing to do with my device capabilities or set-up.
I think the problem is with the PC's only. I play on my phone, and my game is ok.
Please do a soft reset. Log out of your game, then let it set a few seconds, then long back in. If it does not help, I will report it, but we will not get any answer until Monday.

Log out of your game and let it set a few seconds, then log back in with your email and password. That should do it. I just checked my game and it is working fine. 💕

I reset will not loose your boosters. You are just signing out and signing back in. If you delete your app, you for sure will loose your boosters. So DO NOT, delete the app. Just sign out and sign back in please🤗

Hi, sorry you are having this problem. I just checked my game and it is working fine. I play on my phone, are the two of you using a phone or computer. If you will do a soft reset, hopefully, that will get you going. Log our of your game, then let it set a few seconds, then log back in using your email and password. See if that works for you please. 🤗

It's known to people trying to open it, but so far King has not acknowledged. The app was updated yesterday, and that's when it started failing to open. Hoping they sort it out soon. Whenever I report the issue I just get an auto reply with unhelpful steps to take to fix. It's not you, it's them!
've been playing it for a long time on PC and it started doing the same for me yesterday. Looking at the webstore, it looks like they updated the game yesterday, after which it started crashing. They need to figure out what the problem is and make another update- it's not you!
