Hi there, before you log in to the email account, are you playing under FB? If yes, pls refer to the screenshot and procedures below.
- Click on ⚙️ at the top right corner of your game page
Then it will bring you to the page below. Click my profile
Then it will bring you here and click continue with FB
Let me know if it works. If it doesn't, refer to the detailed troubleshooting methods here

@Spark1 yes, the screenshot is from my CCS, pls ignore the image but the general steps still applies, i.e. log out from your King account and reconnect to your FB, if you've previously logged in to play. Otherwise, you may refer the full details on the link I've posted below my comment in my first post or contact our Support team as mentioned by DeepshikaSharan 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
