I am not getting lives from friends. It shows in the Facebook gameroom that my friends have sent them but when I go into my game, I don't have any more than I had before. I have cleared my cache a couple of times but it doesn't help.
@Lumy thank you for the screenshots. This is a weird glitch.
I'm not sure if this is related to Facebook friends' known problem, if you play connected to facebook.

Do you play on Facebook? Players have reported problems about receiving lives from Facebook friends. Currently the Studio is working on the solution.
If this is not what you mean please tell us more details. If you can, you can post a screenshot too if you think it can show the problem.

I have had a problem getting lives for over a year now. The app is up to date. I have deleted any data or done anything differently than I did a few years ago when I had no problem getting lives. In fact I received too many lives from friends that I had a surplus of messages that I could go back to when I ran out of lives.
Now my inbox shows the number of messages I have received, but when I open it, itās empty.
Iāve contacted King. They give me the same runaround every time. They just want money and theyāve gotten way too much out of me. They capitalize on these phantom glitches and NEVER fix them. Itās done on purpose. Very disappointing for all their games I loved.

When I played in Facebook Game room I never had a problem with King games. Now I have problems galore. In each game, there is a different problem. Mostly trying to get lives from friends or daily calendar bonus passed the first day. It is so frustrating.

If you have any problems, please do this first:
Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Clear the cache. This is important!!

I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you! However, Facebook GameroomĀ is a Windows-native appĀ andĀ consequentlyĀ I'm afraid to say thatĀ you need to contact Facebook directly for further support.
You can also try to play the game outside gameroom and tell us if the problem persists.

I play on facebook gameroom.
you can create a king account and then sync it with your fb account so your progress and gold bars will be transferred.
For this please go to king.com on PC because it doesn't work on mobile and then follow these steps:
One fb account can sync only once with one king account and vice versa. Neither of them can sync again with different accounts after. So, if in the future you wish to have your king account synced with a different fb account you should ask a community manager here to transfer your progress manually.
@Lumy Hi :) you can play with Facebook account and play with a king account (login with email and password. No facebook) but the two need to be synced so you'll have the same progress and gold bars on both. Is this what you mean? :)
I play with facebook,but I play with email i'm going to level 1,and is not ok.I am the level 2062,and I have an android.

Hi @Jan_Bevins is there any reason why you play through the game room rather than just the regular Facebook page? Try coming out of game room ( which I know nothing about apart from hearing people have issues with it ) Do you have Facebook friends who play? If not then join one of the Facebook groups for example Candy Crush saga, Soda, jelly and friends saga. There you can ask for more friends to add you for lives. Say you want friends who actively play Jelly saga.
What can I do for this problem.
I don't speak english verry well.

Even tho the game shows lives from 5 friends, it only lets me receive one at a time instead of all 5. So each time I fail to pass the level, I have to go back to the "ask friends for help" tab. Its time consuming and annoying to do this. Especially if I'm on a difficult level. It shows 5 friends gave me lives but no longer lets me download all five at once. Why?

So you're playing through Facebook Gameroom right? I'm afraid we don't support Gameroom so you either contact Facebook for support or, try playing through the browser instead or a mobile device and see if that works better for you.

I have met the same issue on mobile.
I used to play on King.com but the game told me I had gone as far as I could through their website. I started playing on Facebook . It has done this before but snapped out of it. It doesn't seem it is going to do that this time. I play on a don't have a cell phone. Sucks. I spend way too much money to play the game because my health is bad and now I can't even get lives

I have Jelly friends on my game I don't know how do I get them off?
I asked this before but to no avail it seems . My wife and I play as friends On CCJ . Why do we have to go through 40 to 60 plus names at times to find our friend ie: : my wife's name and she has the same problem finding mine to ask for lives and when the screen comes up to send lives it's the same deal this is gettingā¦

Does anyone else have a problem with their rewards dissappearing. After you won a game you build up and get rewards for the next game. Usually when I can't play for a few days my rewards are still there, as I have a habit of leaving the game with full rewards, so next time I begin a game I have those awards available.ā¦
