Same thing's happened to me, playing on Kindle HDX. Tried both things above, didn't work. Hope it's fixed soon!

Update this morning and Allen is back! Good to see him working after 3 weeks without him. Needed a manual update today.

I realise that, usually the game updates automatically, Google Play doesn't work with Kindles, have kept looking in Amazon App store but no updates there, and I don't want to lose all my bars Tec, which I have paid for. You have my ID, anything you can do your end?

Update on 9th July has fixed the problem!

Hi, having the same problem, finished 2638 twice with 3 stars on Kindle Android but game won't move on to next level.

Hi Xarly, I passed the level finally by using gold bars and some boosters to get the last puffler but obviously would rather not have had to do it that way. Thanks for replying.
