I suggest the only way to make them sit up and take notice is to plaster a load of negative comments all over their Facebook Page and any other public social media they appear on...I reported this problem back in February. It's like trying to deal with the Government, nobody takes the blindest bit of notice.
I guess as much Mummsy, what you're saying doesn't surprise me. They'd rather spend their resources writing new episodes, which will be relatively easy to do, than get engaged in the tedious process of unpicking code to find out where a fault lies. Unprofessional.
Lola_Pop, this is hardly satisfactory. No-one "contacts" Facebook, because Facebook never responds. I still can't load Soda Saga. The problem goes right back to 6th February. This is not a "corner case", failure to load on Safari is a MAJOR snafu! Clearing caches, History, reloading App etc etc etc all fail. If Soda Saga…
Somebody somewhere made a big snafu when updating the code for Apple and Safari, or at least that's my theory. At least they've admitted they have a problem, but that took over a month. How long before they fix it?
This is King's idea of a response after 2 weeks' worth of complaining: Hi Andrew, Thank you for your patience. At this time our team hasn't been able to find a specific problem, however, it is known that most of our games tend to work better in Google Chrome. Please try downloading this browser and test your games in it as…
King's response to the problems with Soda Saga, Facebook and Safari is absolutely terrible. I've had little to no feedback, other than to be told to clear caches, clear history, delete and reload the game, all of which I've done several times to no effect. Despite complaining on every platform available, including personal…
So where is the response from King games? There's an ever-growing list of unhappy gamers here. All reporting the same problem. Is King actually tackling this, or is it just engaged in a worthless marketing exercise and throwing the problem back at us yet again? Why can't King admit that it has an issue? Why can't King at…
Hi Queen Bee, yes I've done this 3 or 4 times with no improvement. Just tried again, same old same old. There have been some updates to Safari recently which might explain it. But they were some time ago and initially Soda saga ran fine.
Hi Queen Bee. Yes I've tried this, along with all other suggestions. Have King tried to make their games run more efficiently on Safari? This shouldn't be our (the players') problem to solve. If Safari really is such a bad platform for King games, why don't they say so when you start playing? It's a total failure of…
I have the same problem. Despite contacting King via e-mail, and carrying out all suggested fixes, nothing works. King is now ignoring me, despite several requests for help plus sending screen shots etc as requested. So much for "support".I figure they have a problem, probably to do with most recent Sierra updates and just…
I win a level and game refuses to progress. Task screen often doesn't appear on start up. computer often warns me that I'm using too much "energy" although I have masses of spare memory and a super-fast computer. The whole experience sucks.
