Is anyone else not getting any help from friends?

I won the Train boosters but did not get them.
I was playing on my game on my Windows 10 computer. I won the game with the Train prizes but did not get the boosters. I had paid to get gold bars to win the game and won and it showed I won and showed all the boosters in the big circle but when I went to the next game there was no boosters.
