How can I talk to a human agent about a game issue? I’ve already sent several emails to support, but I keep getting automated AI responses! I really need to speak with a HUMAN assistant 😫. Can anyone provide instructions on how to reach a real person? Any help would be greatly appreciated

No, you are wrong.

Many players will slow their pace if he has a lead. If you have checked the past records, you would find this fact. And if you review past comments of this forum about All Stars, you would realise when a player said he has relaxed his pace while having a lead and other best players here praised him for this action😁

The Star Tournament is favorable for that in that there are about 80 levels which repeat. There were three levels that I found particularly good for scoring blues. I never got the technique down to consistently score 1000, but on the one with just 2 colors (blue and green), I pretty consistently scored over 700. I suspect 1000 might be fairly easy to do consistently if you were as careful as possible to not break the board open and if you went out of your way to make color bombs, and then when running out of moves, use gold to buy extra moves. With that technique I think it would be quite possible to score 1000 each time. I really probably should have done that but I have a silly aversion to paying gold bars for extra moves. So I settled for about 700 each time on that level. Pretty silly of me, to be honest.

There is another 3 color level that I was able to regularly score in the 300 to 400 range, and then one of the frog levels where you could block a sprink with a frog and then just rack up points. I suspect that one would also be easy to get 1000 on if you went out of your way to set up color bombs on each move and then bought extra moves with gold bars in the end. Perhaps I could have gotten some of the extra speed I needed with those techniques, but I couldn't bring myself to abuse them that far.

I’ve really enjoyed reading through the posts here, and first of all, wanted to say thank you to everyone who shared their findings and strategies. It’s been very helpful and almost always a delight to read!

After the All Stars tournament, I was left with one question that I am unable to figure out by myself and would love your help to understand better:

Basically, I tracked one player's score during the FK3 round in the final hours and noticed that during their multiplier moments, they repeatedly scored exactly 10,000 blue candies in under 2 minutes during the 30-minute windows. From what I understand, that suggests they were consistently hitting the 1,000 blue-candy cap per level while the multiplier was active.

What I found interesting is that outside of multiplier windows, their pace seemed closer to about 100–180 blue candies per minute, and during those periods I didn’t see any 1,000-per-level jumps (or at the very least they were not reached in under 2 minutes, but I don’t think they happened at all).

From their player card, it also looked like they were already at the end of the map and playing in the Star Tournament? I’m not at all familiar with how gameplay there compares to where I sat around the 3000–6000 range.

With all that in mind, I was just wondering what the strategy is that a player uses to reliably hit the maximum blue candies in a level (especially at that speed)? I personally find myself unable to draw out the levels most of the time. Or was it that the Star Tournament is especially favourable for this kind of scoring?

I would love to learn more about the tactics/skills, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rewards in Jurassic Journey are the same as the ones found in past expeditions (At least starting from Concert Chaos in terms of the Bronze, Silver and Gold chest rewards), however Free Switch has been replaced with another Lollipop Hammer.

I was disappointed that I first had to win an episode before this special event was activated and second to learn that I had to complete 60 more levels to complete the event!

I'll see how far I can get.
