I won the race 18020, didn’t receive any golden bars.
And btw Golden Chocolate Box is stuck on the same level, no progress.

After Completed 19400 Level in candy crush saga in champion race showing position 1 but No golden bars received my user id is8403552742. Please look & correct as soon as possible

The ads you see in the game are provided by external partners, so the best way to get this looked into properly is to report the specific ad directly to the Support team. They can review it and take action if something isn’t appropriate.
Here’s how to contact them from the game:
- Open the game and tap the Settings (cogwheel)
- Go to Account & Help
- Tap Help Center
- Choose your topic, then scroll down and tap Contact Us
If possible, it really helps if you include a screenshot of the ad and when it appeared.

I wonder @QueenB if players have given up reporting things, or just that they're not in the Community. It happens on more than one of my devices daily and has been for a few weeks. Didn't report it as I thought it was being looked into, but from your answers here it doesn't seem to be showing as a problem. Mine happens after completing a level, not every time, but depending on how much I'm playing, quite a few times. Has happened twice already this morning, didn't take a screenshot, but I will next time it happens.
Everything is up to date with my game, so what is the suggestion for me to do please.
Re: Multiplier missing
My multiplayer is not working. I have already contacted support, checked for updates on my device and everything is up to date. I cleared the game cache, restarted my device, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the Candy Crush Saga app, but nothing has been resolved.
