Thank you for taking the time to start this discussion and share your thoughts on the new Season Pass. The points you’re raising about progression at the top of the map and the number of available levels each week are important, especially for players who are at the end of content.
Season Pass is currently being tested, so conversations like this are very helpful. I’m collecting the feedback shared here and passing it on to the team so they can review how the experience is landing across different player groups.
Please keep sharing your experience as the season continues. Real examples like yours help us understand how it’s landing across different player groups.

Are you missing the rewards from an Episode Race or the Candy Royale?
I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and request for your missing reward.
** If you are playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint —> Contact us
** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
- Look for Episode Race and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and Submit your complaint.
You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.
