I hope you’re all enjoying the final stages of the tournament…
I was wondering if anyone was aware that the multiplier isn’t available in the last three stages… did anyone know that?

First it was a Kohls ad that could not be closed and could not earn extra moves or gold bars. Then just a black screen with no ad and now the grocery store Smiths keeps popping up and at the top says Reward Received, there is no function when pushing the "x" to obtain the reward. The top of the screen seems dead for touch. Loosing extra moves and gold bars every game for a week now.

Anybody can help me on how to retrieve my candy crush saga account?
