I have lost all my progress on winter festival event and the level came back to the beginning with no hot chocolates in store and everything greyed out???

Has anyone passed this level on iOS mobile in the last month Cannot get close and that included an unlimited lives and boosters for 24 hours Yes I understand it’s a nightmare hard level but it’s have been stuck for a werk Yes game is updated

I am down on my knees asking why....why...why did it have to be another crappy level. Maybe I should wait a year and life would be easier and I can just play and enjoy it. Should I use my hammers just to pop the skulls?

Hi. I have an issue on that level. Thé 2nd cherry on the top right cannot go down. Even if all candies fall down this cherry doesnot move at all. Thanks for your advice.
