Complete loss of power ups
I upgraded and have since lost all the power ups on 2 separate games that I have accumulated for a very long time!!! For example, Candy Crush --Candy chocolate balls = 80+, Candy wheels 50+, full screen destroy = 2, Fiush 60+, etc. How do I get these back?????????

Stop making levels completly impossible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In this level you have to collect 10 chocolats and 10 licourices in just 15 moves. Given that you don't get a chocolat and licourice in every move, it is not doable. And in posts on youtube they all have 30 moves.
