Im on level 1808 and the cherry on the conveyor belt will drop down to the lower belt but will not go to the left two conveyor belt(s). I watched others on youtube play it. The cherry on my game drops from the top right to the lower right but will not go to the left side conveyor belt(s). Could it be my computer? Help…

Game not loading
Hi there the game won't load as it shows a broken display picture and I installed an updated version of adobe flash player and uninstalled the game and installed the game but it won't load on my desktop, it has been like this for couple days now. If there is anything that can be solved that would be wonderful! Thanks!

Free lives have gone...
Hi everybody,After changing from a Samsung S5 to a brand new Huawey, all free lives have gone... I had 40 free lives on the Samsung, and still have them when I launch the game on it... But on the Huawey, they are not available...What I am supposed to do ?Txs a lot, Pierre

Why do I keep losing gold bars when I try to buy more lives or more time?

Bought a Beginner's Pack, doesn't appear in game
Hi, I was at the end of a level and bought the Beginner's Pack to continue playing. FB has blocked using my card for payment, so had to use POLI, and it failed after leaving the payment successful page, couldn't return to the game.
