i always play the game and the calendar never pass from the star. What can i do?

I hit the jackpot for the first time and was happy. I clicked on the “claim prize” button and instead of prizes all I got was the following response: “Come back later for another spin!” It was disappointing. Thanks.

Does not remember latest level when playing from different computer
Why does CCS on FB not remember the last level I truly played, regardless of what computer I am using? If I switch between home PC and laptop, it starts me at the last level played on that particular machine.

Why have I lost access to the striped candy contest on my candy crush?
I have lost access to my striped collecting contest. I played it yesterday and today when I woke up and logged into my candy crush the contest never loaded. This is the second week in a row this has happened to me. Cam you please get it fixed so I have something to achieve since I am maxed out on my levels. Thanks.

I just updated to the newest version of the candy crush ap and I am SO upset that I did. It always takes me a little to get used to the small changes of a new update but this time it is TOO MUCH. New Version is Crap!
The new version is Crap!Levels jump around, continually scrolling to get back to where we were. Totally annoying & unnecessary. Complete sections of games are blocked out.
