why do i have two different versions of candy crush saga on my pc?
I have been playing Candy Crush Saga on my PC for four years. Suddenly, the format of the game has changed (I have six Facebook accounts, one changed a few weeks ago, one changed today, the other four are the same). Why are there two different formats?

How do you restore the original format of the game? The new one sucks!
I've been playing a while, and am on level 2348. I logged in today on facebook and found everything has changed. The screen is smaller, and its much harder to see everything. Please give us the option to change it back! I'll stress this every single time I post here. DO YOU GUYS EVEN TEST ANYTHING before you release it?

Why the new awful update?
its sad... i play this game every morning and have for years. im on lvl 2444 and i cant play this game anymore since the new change. all the sounds are different and it looks awful. big thumbs down!!! you should mess with things that are not broken. if you want something new create something new

All progress lost!
I am so angry! I have been trying to play Candy Crush on my laptop for three days now, every time it said - something went wrong, please try again later. I don't get payed package and Report Screen BUG AGAIN!!
I am playing on a PC onWindows 10 I pay for Seasonal Sales Package 20x + Bonus but I GET NOTHING and after close and reopen game a screen popped up that states "Is this player's profile inappropriate? Tap the button below to report it". Button that says "Report" won't let me exit out of it. Game is no working again ...

The envelope that contains gifts from my friends has disappeared when I play through facebook on my computer. When I play on my phone, the envelope with all my extra lives/moves is visible. How can I see the envelope when playing on the computer?
