i do not have facebook and so my game is not linked with a fb account. about 2 weeks ago my app stopped loading and i cant play... what can i do?

Completed level but not moved forward
I finished Level 1703 this morning and advanced. But when I opened the game again a few minutes later, it has me stuck at 1703 still. This has happened multiple times before. Sure, I could just play the level again like I have in the past, but this has gotten ridiculous.

Countdown to next area reset
It was supposed to unlock after 31 hours. I check today when there were only 30 minutes left. When I went back after an hour, it had reset back to 31 hours. Do I have to wait 31 hours again?

why are my games different on different browsers
Whe playing candy crush on firefox i have the new userface however on puffin browser its still the old way with the owl levels i just cant play the owl. It does not have the daily bonus card either

Lost facebook connection
When you changed Candy Crush and asked me to accept the terms. the page kept freezing on the new page now a few days later I can play on my desktop but it will not connect to facebook ... how do I get it back to pair up ??
