Connected to Facebook, lost Candy Crush progress
I was on Level 1719 on Candy Crush Saga. An accidental click of the Facebook connect button took me all the way back to Level 1. I. NEED. HELP. Timer for next level went from 12hrs (15 hrs ago) to 21 hrs. Any ideas?
Every time I clear a level I have a problem with this. The 72 hr wait usually takes 7 days instead of the 3 day's it should take. I try to contact the help desk but as usual they are no help.

I finished 389 with a huge score and (unresponsive plug in) showed up and I did not receive credit
this has happened twice before and there does not seem to be an answer. Why did I not get credit for finishing the game and amassing a huge score. What is this (unresponsive plug in)? How does one get credit when there is no way to contact during the game?
