Lost Progress
Hello, I've seen this question before and it looks like it can get resolved. I was playing Candy Crush Saga, on level 400, and upgraded my phone from a Galaxy S5 to a Galaxy S6. Now, when I play Candy Crush it has me starting from level 1 again. Also, I was not using Facebook. Thanks, Ilene

Need HELP on Level 587 Candy Crush Please....
I can't get the fruit to drop down on level 587 on candy crush, it only drops down at the very end, please send help, also, how can I read any of the answered questions in the forum ?

Level 1148 glitch
I can not get passed 1148 on cc. It was supposed to be 4 colors my Android has 5. This level with 5 is impossible. Please fix this glitch as I will not play anymore after getting this far and spending over $400 the past 2 years. Even boosters do not help.

Issue level 1145
Have any of you got issues with level 1145? I have tried more than 40 times and cannot finish it. I have been stuck on it for a few days and used nearly all of my extra candies and fishes. It really sucks!

Two Episodes missing from mobile CCS
I've been playing this game for nine months expecting to finish it at level 1145. Low and behold having beaten level 1115 last week I find a spanner icon telling me "That's all folks". Used gold bars by accident by picking phone up wrong and hitting use gold bar button.
My heart is breaking. I hardly ever "cheat" with boosters unless I'm really stuck, and almost never use gold bars. I did have to use gold bars to get through 762 and have just started on 763. Bug on level 1010
When playing candy crush level 1010 after playing for a brief time the game suddenly wont function,cant click on any of the candies to move them, freezes and keeps flashing my boosters above, this has happened 3 times out of 4 games and then I have to refresh which takes my lives. Beat the color bomb challenge and all my cheats disappeared!!
I beat the color bomb challenge and I have been spinning the color wheel every day for a year. I have been saving all my color bombs, lollipops,wheels,fish so on and so on. Since I beat the color bomb challenge 2 days ago all my boosters disappeared!!! I just want it back!!
