Candy Crush will not load more than 69% I have cleared caches and history. I use google chrome so my flash drive should be up to date ? I can play 2 of your other games ok. Please fix, if it is an issue with candy crush play

Evertime I try to collect my rewards in Candy Crush I am getting a message "Connection failed. No internet connection was found. Please try again later" but my internet connection is fine. This has been happening to me for over a week.

All progress lost.
I never connected before and thought i could move my progress over to my new phone. I guess i did it backwards and connected to Facebook in my new device first then my old one. Now all my levels are gone. I was somewhere between lvl 1700 and 1800. Help please!
