My account went back to level 1 after 4 years of playing. I habe deleted the app and reinstalled but it does not fix the problem

IPad/IPhone
If I play on the computer through Facebook, I'm on level 2062. If I play on my IPad or IPhone through Facebook, I'm on level 2040. Why can I not advance?

Using my android to play and loading wont complete..
I cant get my android to completely load the game. I can get it to load once and awhile but even when it loads it will just pop back to my android front page. I have cleaned out the cache and uninstalled other apps. Any help would be appreciated

I have no been able to play since two updates ago on my iPad.
I have no been able to play since two updates ago on my iPad. It will start to load the game, but then somewhere in the process, it glitches and closes the app altogether. Sometimes it happens when I hit the "play" button, other times it happens when I try to select a level to play.

App froze and made me lose gold bars
Hi, I had just finished my level when the app completely froze, so I exited the app, came back a few times but nothing. A while later, I opened it back up and my level kept going, also using 16 gold bars!!! I wasn't even close to finishing and I never use my gold bars. Can I get them back?? Thank you! Alexandra
