My Candy Crush app froze. I had to reinstall I was on level 733 and it took me back to level 1 How do I get back to level 733?

Lives at zero when I haven't played for several hours.
I logged in this morning (after 8 hours of sleep in which I was not definitely playing Candy Crush) and found I had no lives. Instead the clock immediately began counting down to my next life when I opened the game on Facebook. How do I get the full five lives to show up?

I'm on lvl 1 again even tho I uninstalled the app and reconnected to facebook, can someone please help me?

I've won all the way up to level 719 but when I go play a game it sends me all they way back to leve
I've won all the way up to level 719. When I go to play each time it sends me back to level 699. Why wont it go to 719 and stay there?

Candy Crush level 2063, why only 12 moves?
It's impossible to win with 12 moves. I've watched level 2063 in YouTube and they are all shown with 15 moves! The game is no longer fun because the vast majority of them are in a hard level!

Why can't I receive things from Facebook friends
I'm connected to Facebook and went through all steps to fix it but I still can't receive lives, boosters or moves from any Facebook friends and it use to show my Facebook profile picture but now it's blank plus it doesn't show any of my Facebook friends that have completed or are on my current levels plus to boot I lost…

Every time when I play candy crush saga, after few seconds the screen goes dark, and lost my booster
When the game starts, just after 4 or 5 moves, the screen on my iPad 2, goes off for another 10 to 12 seconds, the main screen comes back and I lost all my boosters, and my life's .

Why does Candy Crush Saga keep crashing after the Jan. 11, 2017 update? Please don't tell my tablet is outdated because I never had a problem before the update.
