How to transfer the game from one mobile device to another without losing phase
I bought a new handset and in the old handset I have the game candy crush saga I'm in phase 828. Is there a way to transfer the game from the old phone to the new phone, where I give continuudade in the 828 phase? The old handset is samsung galaxy j5 and the new samsung galaxy A3.

Update after 1/10
App updated and wouldn't load. I was told to uninstall and reinstall. I lost all my boosters and almost 100 levels. I've sent an email and a dm thru twitter and no one will contact me. Is there a way to get my stuff restored? I only have a kingdom account. I do not play on Facebook. Please help. I wanna play my game!

I have completed level 2060 but not advancing
It seems to happen on a lot of timed levels. I solve the level with 2+ stars and it wont move me to next level

Need candy crush levels reinstated
Lost progress after syncing with facebook, game reset to level 1. Logged out, then back in via email address - on numerous occasions, both via PC and iphone. No change.
