Level 716- I have cleared all the jelly but several times it still says there is one left-
I have used the lollipop to find it and I have looked closely several times to find the one jelly but it cannot be seen. Is there a trick to this level or is it malfunctioning?

Lost all progress after logging into facebook. After I logged out still level 1... Please help!!!
The phone has never logged onto facebook nor Kingdom. After I tried logged into facebook, all progress was gone. There were no warnings whatsoever to alert me that this act will wipe all local progress. Please kindly advise are there any ways I can restore my previous progress.

Why have my boosts not been returned?

I lost at least 5 progress spots and all of my rewards yesterday I had even paid money to buy extra moves I now have no rewards and have to redo progress

I already updated my candy crush only this week but why until now im stuck to level 1895 and i cant move on forward,i finished this level so many times now but still i cant go on level 1896?? i did watched in youtube abt level 1896 but why on my phone i cant go on forward?,,

Why am I not receiving treasure?
Since about a month ago, every time I reach a treasure chest it just goes away and I dont get the treasure. This has happened dozens of times. I have experienced the same thing on several different computers, browsers, and after reinstalling the game and clearing caches. Please give me treasure back!!! Thanks.
