I bought a new phone and when I signed in to Candy Crush through Facebook like I always do I had lost all of my power-ups. Cannot collect orange candies

Lost my level after getting a new phone
I advanced to the next level after purchasing gold so I didn't have to wait and when I switched phones I'm back to the previous level and have to wait the 50 hours and I don't want to have to repurchase the gold. Help please.

Why can't i purchase in app items?
Use a kindle fire...last week made in app purchase but didn't rec goods. Got that resolved but have not been able to purchase anything since. Screens come up but buttons don't work. Tried clearing cache and force stop but so far no luck.
