whenever I pay 6 gold bars to get extra plays , it never goes through. BUT I still lose my money! Why??

I want to play candy crush with all my facebook friends on my mobile.
I have a mobile Lumia 540, I installed Candy Crush Saga on that previously I was playing with my King ID. But from now onwards I want to play with my facebook friends but i am unable to connect. Please Help. Thanks in Advance.

My candy crush app has synchronized with other facebook account
My candy crush app has synchronized with other facebook account and sent me back to level 1. I have deleted facebook, deleted the candy crush app, updated the phone software and still can't sync with my account. I have restarted my phone several times and nothing is working. What do i do?

Candy Crush Headache
Encountered rainbow beans and boy do they give me a headache, a REAL LIVE headache not a problem solving one. Something to do with the way they move etc, if this carries on will have to stop playing. Anyone else affected?
