I purchased a 50 gold bar pack with bonus candies. I did this 3 times. Never got the candies,

Why does game keep deleting everything i save up?????
This is the 3rd time evsrthi I has biuilt up has disappea. Approx 30 gold bars, dozen color bombs, and half dozen of everything else. I am about ready to uninstall game and find something else to play. How do I get it all back? Very discouraging.

Won't let me advance to next level
I beat level 1385. It did not advance me to next level. Used up all my lives to try and beat again and of course I did not. Now I have to wait on more lives. This also happened on another level. 2 to 4 levels before can't remember which one. This is whack
