My game keeps crashing
My game keeps crashing. I tried to reinstall it but it's the same. Sometimes it won't even load, I have to restart it few Times.

I have lost all my progress-please help!
I was on a high level in the 300's with around 80 gold bars(which I purchased : ( ), and multiple candy bombs etc. I had my phone on airplane mode for a long flight, when I turned back on to regular mode all my progress was gone! Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)

Lost all levels
updated CC and it has put me back to level 1! I've lost all my paid for gold bars and all my boosters.

Lost my booster in level 1884
In level 1884 while playing with the coconut wheel the rows leading to the exit didn't send any candy only thing was the coconut wheel that couldn't be use, this glitch cause me to lose the game and my boosters. Pls do something you made it impossible to contact you directly

Can someone please fix the game wont load
It sticks at 69%. I have tried for 2 weeks. Unloaded and reloaded tried cleaning cache still wont load. Please someone help

I logged into Facebook and it synced with my mothers account and I lost all progress on my ipad
When I accidentally logged in, it went in as my mothers account. She has never played CC so I lost my progress when on my ipad. I have tried to close and reload CC but it still syncs to her. I was on a level over 2000. Help!

can king please reset my games to the current levels I was at? I play candy crush, soda and jelly.
I had reopen a new account with facebook today plus new email. So I lost all levels. Please reset my games to the orignal levels
