Is there anything I need to do to collect items from the treat calendar?
When I click on the treat calendar icon it stays on day 1 "start" and its been like that for about 4 days now! Anything I need to do to get it to work or this is an issue for everyone? Thank you!

how do I see the answers to other people's questions?
On the right side of the screen from where the question is, it shows "answered" & "solved". But I can't click on them. I can't even figure out how to see answers to my own questions when I'm logged into my account. I feel like such an idiot but....HELP!!

Can you pleae restore my account to my current level?
My cell did a factory reset and when Candy Crush uploaded it started me at level 1. It is connected to my Facebook so it should have been easy to reconnect. Can you please restore my account?

Why are the treasure chests disappearing when I get to them rather than giving me the treasure?
When I get to the treasure chests, almost every time they are not opening. They stay in the way and I can't get to the next level when they don't open. Then when I refresh, they are gone and I do not receive the prize.
