Sorry about your problems, something similar here. I have not been able to play in any events for months now, can't get into profile or... keeps saying connection error. Also just did latest update, now another problem, had none for first 9 months or so.(it's not what your thinking...lol) Go to support, which is what I'm going to do. If no help there go into chat (I go into contests) and I'm sure one of the CMs can tell us what to do, they are the best! Good luck to you:)
