Purchased a pack and not received full amount.

Question

I purchased the 'spring sale' for £2.99 which included 20 gold bars, 3 bombs, 3 lollipops and 2 hours of play. I only received the gold bars! I purchased the pack again, thinking it did not work, only for the same thing to happen again. This was done via iTunes and has come out of my bank! How do I go about a refund? Thanks

I experienced the same issue, got the gold bars, nothing else, and was double-charged.
